To the Nathan Glick Construction family,

This letter of thanks goes to everyone involved, Adam, Steve, Eldon, Connie and Debbie. I never imagined that building a home would be this great of an experience. I still cannot believe you guys made a dream come true. I shopped around and did a lot of homework in choosing a reputable builder. After signing a deal with a competitor, then backing out because of very poor customer service, my realtor Chris Whitehead referred me to Nathan Glick Construction. After talking to Adam, who was very nice and courteous, went out of his way to make sure I would be happy with any decision I made, I decided to give it one last ditch effort. After things got rolling with plans, and plotting the home out, things came together quickly. My home was completed in 3 months, a month earlier then the projected date. All the contractors were courteous and respectable. I want to spend a special thank you to Eldon. He has gone above and beyond the call of duty. Everything he did and committed to, no other builder would have done. I cannot express how happy I am with my home and building process. You truly deserve the praise of a job well done.

I want to express my appreciation for the good job that you and your sub-contractors have done in building my home. The things which I especially appreciate are:

The quick time in which you finished the house. You finished nearly a month before the projected date.
Your availability. You always responded to my questions and requests in a short time.
The ease at which we were able to resolve the issues which came up. I found everyone to be easy to talk to and reasonable.
I also consider the overall quality to be good and the cost to be reasonable.

I only had one thing that I was not pleased with and that was the back-filling with very wet top soil. I want you to know that I would recommend your company to others.

Building our new home with Nathan Glick Construction really was a great experience! We are Happy that we chose Nathan. He kept us up on all decision making at all times. He always returned our phone calls and kept everything on a timely schedule, his workers were also great to work with. We really love our home! The best decision we have made in 2002. This is the second house we had built by Nathan Glick Construction. Our first house was a beautiful ranch. We then decided to build a 2 story, 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath house. I highly recommend Nathan Glick. The quality of craftsmanship and dedication are greatly appreciated. Throughout the building process we had several questions. Nathan and his building crew were always willing to answer them. If we paged Nathan and he was unavailable at that time, someone from his staff would always call back to help. Before we were ready to build, Nathan sat down with us on several occasions to discuss the layout of the house, the various costs involved, and the time frame we were looking at for completion. We always receive compliments on our house; from the flooring to the woodwork, paint, siding, windows, cabinets etc. We are sure anyone who builds with Nathan Glick Construction will be more than satisfied; as we truly are.
